Alone in this Fight With Herself

Inspired by a song I love, which to me evokes my character's painful life, and her often difficult struggle to stay positive, Superchic(k)'s "Stand in the Rain". The title is lyrics from the song. I first heard this song about two or three years ago, and I fell in love with it instantly. It could easily be one of Madame's theme songs.

Plus, I also took the opportunity to practice rain effects. I had to look up a tutorial to do it, but I found an easy one, and I'm pretty dang happy with the results.

And yes, that's a dress from Titanic she's wearing. My fave from the film, actually.

Plus, the mood of the pic also reflects my mood as of late...
